Graduated from the Dr. Ida Rolf Institute in Boulder, Colorado — her family moved to the area so she could attend. While there she studied under Rolfers taught by Dr. Ida Rolf’s own handpicked instructors, and went on to mentor with Lisa Fairman in Helena, Montana and Neal Anderson in Loveland, Colorado. Those mentorships deepened her understanding of the Rolfing concepts and the Ten Series. A wife and mother of four.

Qualified as a nurse at Appalachian State in 2012 and certified as a Rolfer at the Dr. Ida Rolf Institute in 2021. After burning out as a nurse during COVID he wanted to help people live well rather than just survive — having felt the difference in his own body, moving more easily in his thirties than he had in his twenties. He has trained specifically in infant craniosacral work, which is why families come to him after a frenectomy.
Jared spent a decade in nursing and left after COVID, wanting to help people live well rather than just get through.
